"If this had a no star, i would choose that, i got this insurance because the agent Jennifer, gave a good deal, she offer me the safe drive discount device also, but i declined it, so in order for me to pay less she offer me renters insurance so i took it with automatic payment, but If anyone can guess, shu put the safe drive device back in, so i got screwed by Agent Jennifer, my policy went up because i never installed the stupid device, but when i went to the office, of course she did not recall our conversation, and said it was a misunderstanding, now i have to pay for her misunderstanding, of course it my words against hers."
